01 — Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SpekForge mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

SpekForge ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 — Who Can Use SpekForge

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SpekForge. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app. SpekForge is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

03 — What SpekForge Is — And Is Not

SpekForge is a car modification discovery and planning platform. We help you explore aftermarket parts, check general compatibility, and find retailer options.

This means:

• Parts compatibility information is provided as a general guide only and is NOT a guarantee of fitment for your specific vehicle.
• We are not responsible for purchases made through external retailer links.
• You are solely responsible for verifying that any part is compatible with your vehicle before purchasing.

04 — Affiliate Disclosure

SpekForge participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that when you click a retailer link in the app and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This helps us keep the app free and operational.

05 — User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the SpekForge platform. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

06 — User-Generated Content

SpekForge allows users to create and share car builds ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Retain ownership of your original content.
• Grant SpekForge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app and for promotional purposes.
• Confirm that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

07 — Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the app or its underlying systems.
• Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the app.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

08 — Intellectual Property

All content created by SpekForge — including the app design, logo, branding, taglines, and original written content — is the property of SpekForge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

09 — Disclaimer of Warranties

SpekForge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Parts compatibility information will be accurate or complete for your specific vehicle.
• Retailer links will be available or lead to accurate pricing.

10 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpekForge and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Purchasing a part that does not fit your vehicle.
• Data loss or account issues.
• Damages resulting from third-party retailer transactions.

11 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
